All orders are personally packaged, handwritten, and shipped by me through USPS.
Processing Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and mailed after purchase. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume order periods.
Shipping:
Once your package has been handed over to USPS, shipping times are outside of my control. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Lost or Delayed Mail:
I am not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered by USPS. Unfortunately, once an item is in the postal system, there is nothing I can do to recover or replace it. If your package is missing, please contact USPS directly and file a claim if applicable.
Returns & Exchanges:
